Our story
The idea for huumaan came from watching teams — smart, capable teams — spend the majority of their week on communication that felt like copy-paste work. Chasing leads that had gone cold. Sending the same update email to twelve different clients. Confirming appointments that a simple message could handle in seconds.
The early AI tools we tried were either too rigid — template-based systems that felt obviously automated — or too experimental to trust with real customer relationships. There was a gap between “automated” and “genuinely human” that nobody had properly closed.
So we decided to close it ourselves. We built agents that learn your business, your voice, and your relationships — and improve with every interaction. Not bots. Not scripts. Agents that feel like a natural extension of your team.
