Open roles
Own and ship core product features across the huumaan dashboard, agent runtime, and API. You will work across the full stack — Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL — and have a direct impact on how thousands of businesses experience our product.
Improve the quality, accuracy, and human-likeness of our AI agents. You'll work on confidence scoring models, fine-tuning pipelines, and the feedback loops that make Maya, James, and Sofia better with every interaction.
Own the post-sale customer journey from onboarding to expansion. You will build the CS function, establish playbooks, and work directly with our most strategic accounts to drive retention and growth.
